Abstract

This project seeks a new teaching-learning paradigm with the help of information and communication technologies, which are technological tools most used by students and how they influence their educational process. The instrument is currently used and is the modernization of virtual education that is different from the traditional model at all educational levels and is global. In this sense, Rubiano (2015) carried out the study "Effects of the forms of synchronous and asynchronous network communication on learning the basic concepts of the market in a computational environment", in which the student's academic responsibilities are raised to consolidate the knowledge in order to ensure the quality of content learning observed on the virtual platform, in such a way that students can achieve the skills for their execution in the professional labor market. However, teachers do not assume this role accordingly, as evidenced in the limited advice and late responses to questions raised by students. In the same way, teachers do not encourage students to develop the planned skills. Therefore, for this radial change in the didactic approach, this information is relevant for teachers, and can be useful to generate and apply various strategies in the classroom, since for students these tools are necessary in their educational process and They can help improve their academic performance and to facilitate the cognitive process of students.
