Abstract

Based on the didactic principles of constructivism, Domotics applied to the educational space aims to enhance learning through practice. This approach creates a scenario of active learning, which benefits thinking processes, study, understanding of technology, it also makes it possible to increase the potential of capabilities, develop creativity through the resolution of specific problems, as well as integrate different disciplines including computer science, electronics, mechanics. In addition, it is capable of producing collaborative environments where students are not only able to build a first model but to plan their actions with academic and scientific content objectives, using a quantitative method establishing behavior patterns in the student and achieving an important learning, using tactics that benefit them.
