The Distance learning as a method to reduce learning barriers in students

Abstract

The objective of this article is to determine the ways to use technology as a means of learning and to be able to keep everyone connected, where we are allowed to access various information and tools that the internet contains. And in the same way, learning everything that involves studying in a distance methodology and especially in the case of being a student who works, being able to know the benefits that a distance study and easy access offer us.


Distance learning allows us to have regular times and schedules under control. The scope of this research is of a descriptive type that will be directed to the students of the University of Guayaquil of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Educational Sciences. Through the study we were able to determine that distance learning is very well accepted in society despite having some negatives with it, but most of the students consider that distance education is a good option for students who do not have availability of time to attend face-to-face classes, because being virtual or remote, it does allow you to have a flexible schedule and continue with other activities that require total importance in your day to day.
