Abstract

The objective of this research is to create a university television channel, to promote research at the University of Guayaquil through the use of a virtual platform, the work has a mixed approach, 10 closed questions were elaborated, which were applied in an instrument type questionnaire, carried out in the Microsoft forms tool, the inductive method was used. Demonstrated that the Internet is a great source of information from which numerous documents can be consulted, investigated, and extracted to be used in tasks sent by teachers. Teachers have expressed the use of this technology to the extent that they have the training and knowledge of it. When developing the following research work with the topic of Virtual Learning Platforms and focusing on the importance of how technology has advanced in education, in this case, talking about a very representative medium worldwide such as a television channel, and In this case, being a university channel, we take into account that for this we should trace the history of television in Ecuador, which helps guide us in order to learn more about the subject and its benefits. In turn, it will serve students for their preparation, teachers for training and authorities to guide them, in order to maintain internal communication
