Abstract

Nowadays, we have seen great technological, educational and social changes. In the field of education faces great challenges among them as we know the pedagogical contexts and their own practices have been evolving and this leads us to focus on other training spaces and implement technologies, such as augmented reality for higher education. The purpose of this research is to know if the application of this innovative, interesting and playful resource that represents the augmented reality as a resource in the teaching and learning process where a series of competences are generated for the student and the teacher.


One of these technologies that is gaining ground is Augmented Reality, which unlike virtual reality, defines on real objects digital objects created by computer as in the area of computer science with the use of a 3D modeling tool such as Paint 3D tool that we can find today in the current Microsoft Windows systems, Currently in the market there is an infinity of solutions that involve Augmented Reality, among the best known is that of advertising, so getting into this world and especially for education, leads to a series of questions and necessary adaptations of technology for this particular branch.
