THE PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT OF COVID 19 ISOLATION ON THE LEARNING PROCESS.

Abstract
This research work was carried out in response to the methodological challenges that are involved in the teaching-learning process. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), he stressed that the threat of COVID-19 and confinement are causing a strong psychological impact on societies that must assist with imaginative measures. Such an impact has affected students in their teaching-learning, since a new learning modality has been presented and for them it is a new field to explore on the other hand we have mental fatigue, stress due to confinement, this causes the student to become distract when receiving classes. Other distractions that are identified are social networks and other distractors, which is one of the difficulties of the virtual modality. Negative effects of isolation on the student, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, confusion, anger, anguish among other psychological characteristics. All this is due to the unexpected separation from their social environment, and changes in living habits. When facing this new situation, children and adolescents have created an environment of worry, fear and uncertainty, accompanied by insomnia and lack of concentration when performing tasks.
